ATTORNEY PROFILES Of Counsel Brian.Colligan@c2d2law.com Brian M. Colligan is a litigator with more than sixteen years experience litigating in both state and federal courts on behalf of corporate and individual litigants primarily in complex business disputes. He has served as lead trial counsel on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Colligan’s experience includes the successful representation of Fortune 500 companies in cases alleging fraud in the sale of business entities, environmental clean-up disputes, entity governance disputes, as well as litigation involving construction defect claims, the sale of real estate, receivership proceedings, insurance coverage including title insurance, disputes involving breach of contract, defense of business entities in putative consumer class action lawsuits, prosecution of claims involving trademark/tradename infringement, and other intellectual property matters. Mr. Colligan formerly practiced with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. He is a 1987 graduate of the Georgetown University Law School, where he was an editor of the Georgetown Law Journal, and a 1984 graduate of Georgetown University where he graduated with a double major in accounting and international management. |
