Gretchen K. Hudson is experienced in a broad range of general real estate transactions, with an emphasis in finance transactions, and office, industrial and retail leasing, subleasing and related documentation for both landlords and tenants.  Ms. Hudson's other real estate experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, construction agreements, architect agreements, and CC&Rs.  Ms. Hudson has also worked on a variety of land use and environmental law matters, including statutory development agreements, rent control ordinances, and subdivision and zoning issues.

Ms. Hudson's representation has included clients such as MMA Realty Capital, Inc., formerly MONY Realty Capital and MONY Life Insurance Company, the Koll Company, Aegon USA Realty Advisors, the Sares-Regis Group, and Ikea Inc.

Ms. Hudson formerly practiced with Allen, Matkins, Leck, Gamble and Mallory, and graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1987.  She graduated from the University of Michigan in 1982 with a B.B.A., concentration in accounting.  Prior to entering law school, Ms. Hudson was a Certified Public Accountant at the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young.
