Tracie Pham has experience in general corporate counseling, corporate transactions, operational business contracts, and tax planning and controversies. Her representation ranges from start-up to mature companies in manufacturing and general service industries. Her experience includes advising on corporate formation, maintenance, governance; negotiating and drafting operational contracts; and structuring and implementing private equity investment plans, equity compensation plans, and employment and deferred compensatory arrangements. Ms. Pham has been involved in representing public, tax-exempt and private entities in all facets of federal, state and local tax planning, and resolving audits and other tax authority conflicts involving income, employment, sales and use taxes. Ms. Pham’s background also includes incorporating and assisting in the administration and operation of tax-exempt organizations, including private foundations and publicly supported charities.

Ms. Pham formerly practiced with Best Best & Krieger. She graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1994 and she received her B.A. degree from the University of California, Irvine in 1991.
