Croudace & Dietrich LLP Privacy Policy

User accepts Croudace & Dietrich LLP's privacy policy as set forth below ("Privacy Policy") with respect to information submitted or collected on the Site. This Privacy Policy is solely with respect to the Croudace & Dietrich LLP  Site.  This Privacy Policy does not pertain to, and Croudace & Dietrich LLP LLP is not responsible for, the privacy practices of, any third party websites to which the Croudace & Dietrich LLP Site may hyperlink. Certain areas of the Croudace & Dietrich LLP Site may be subject to additional privacy-related provisions, links to which will be posted in those areas.

1.             Cookies. When a user accesses and uses the Site, which may be hosted in part or its entirety by a third party, the Site will collect information indirectly and automatically (through, for example, the use of "cookies" or user's "IP address") about a user's activities. Croudace & Dietrich LLP uses this activity information (the "Access Information") for internal purposes (e.g., to administer the Site, improve the Site, and help Croudace & Dietrich understand how the Site is being used). Generally, a user may browse the Site without providing any Personally Identifiable Information; provided that certain areas of the Site may require or allow the voluntarily submission of Personally Identifiable Information (for example, registration to receive Croudace & Dietrich LLP publications). Croudace & Dietrich employs user's Personally Identifiable lnformation for the purposes for which it was submitted by user to Croudace & Dietrich LLP. Additionally, Croudace & Dietrich LLP may use that information to send you publications and invitations that may be of interest to you. Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy, Croudace & Dietrich LLP does not share user's Personally identifiable Information with third parties. "Personally Identifiable Information" means information that would allow someone to identify or contact a user, such as user's name, physical or electronic mail address, and telephone number. Personally Identifiable Information does not include aggregated information that, by itself, does not permit the identification of individual persons and does not include the Access Information.

3.             Removal of Personally Identifiable Information. Croudace & Dietrich LLP will use reasonable efforts to remove user's Personally Identifiable Information from the then-current Site at any time upon user's written request to general.mailbox@c2d2law.com. Removal of Personally Identifiable Information cannot ensure the permanent removal of such Personally Identifiable Information from the Site. For example, such Personally Identifiable Information may remain in Croudace & Dietrich's archival or backup copies of the Site.

4.             Additional Disclosure. Croudace & Dietrich may share Personally Identifiable Information with third parties, including affiliated firms and third parties performing services for or on behalf of Croudace & Dietrich LLP. Such services may include communications, database, event management, hosting and mailing services. Croudace & Dietrich LLP cannot fully ensure that user's Personally Identifiable Information will not be disclosed to third parties. For example, Croudace & Dietrich may be legally obligated to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, third parties may circumvent Croudace & Dietrich LLP's security measures to unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or an error may occur in the administration of the Site. If Croudace & Dietrich LLP needs to investigate or resolve possible problems or inquiries, Croudace & Dietrich LLP may, and user authorizes Croudace & Dietrich LLP to, disclose any information about user to government officials as permitted by applicable law.

5.             Miscellaneous. Croudace & Dietrich may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time and such modifications will be effective on the date that Croudace & Dietrich LLP posts the modified statement to the Site.
